San Miguel Opera is proud to celebrate the formation of the San Miguel MetOpera Trust, A.C. and announce to the professional and artistic community of Mexico City that the National Council of MetOpera had created a Mexico District. In August 2019, SMMT organized a grand inaugural gala in Mexico City, featuring the remarkable performance of our four audition winners from 2018. The honorable Christopher Landau, Ambassador of the United States of America to Mexico, graced the event with his presence.
